4、  MEDIA

CTP shall have the right to transmit the Programs using New Media (i.e. digital) platforms including the Internet, IPTV

including Video on Demand (VOD), digital cable, and 3G mobile.

Traditional distribution channels such as television formats over the air, coaxial cable, microwave, multipoint distribution

services (MDS), a satellite master antenna television system (SMATV) and direct broadcast satellite (DBS) will be discussed 

on a  case-by-case basis as opportunities arise.

The right to exhibit the Programs in movie theaters will be discussed on a case-by-case basis as opportunities arise.

In instances where the Programs   are not subtitled and/or dubbed or reprogrammed to accommodate multi-lingual distribution,

the parties will agree on a case-by-case basis as to which particular ones shall be so repurposed. Such repurposing and

reprogramming costs shall be paid out of gross revenues generated from the distribution activities. This will also be the

case for Video on Demand/Pay per View digital distribution.

For those Programs that are digitized and repurposed, the terms of the distribution of such including revenue sharing in

territories (including mainland China) not named herein will be on a case-by-case basis.

Promotional and advertising expenditures necessary to maximize distribution shall be paid out of gross revenues generated

from the distribution activities.

4，  媒体

CTP拥有将节目通过新媒体（数字媒体）平台传播发行的权利，包括互联网、IPTV、视频点播系统（VOD）、数字光纤、3G手机网络等方式。

如果出现传统节目播出和发行渠道的机会，如广播电视、有线电视、无线电频道、多点式分发节目服务（MDS）、卫星电视共享天线系统

（SMATV）、卫星直播业务（DBS），双方将以单个项目的方式进行协商和约定。

如果出现电影院播出和发行的渠道，双方将以单个项目的方式进行协商和约定。

授权节目如果出现缺少配音等需要通过再行编辑以适应多语言发行渠道的情况，乙方应在单个节目原则下，同意甲方对相关节目进行再行编辑

或修改，再行编辑或修改的费用将从渠道发行的总收入中予以扣除。这一约定同样适用于通过收看付费的视频点播（VOD）服务。

那些需要经过再行编辑或修改的节目，在发行过程中，例如特定区域收入分配（包括中国大陆），未被明确约定的，将在单个项目方式基础上

进行协商和约定。

用于促进发行的必要的促销和广告所产生的费用，将从发行收入总额中予以扣除。
