1、  TERM

Commencing on the date hereof and continuing for so long as CTP shall have any rights hereunder.

2、  COMMENCEMENT DATE/EXHIBITION PERIOD

Exhibition of the programs shall commence no later than ninety days after receipt, and the Exhibition Period of the Programs

shall continue for an initial three years thereafter from the date of the first content exhibition. This three year period

may be automatically extended by mutual agreement of the parties in rolling two year increments.

3、  TERRITORY

Non-exclusive rights for North America.  Exhibition rights are also granted on a non-exclusive basis for the following

countries in Europe and Latin/South America.

•       Europe: UK, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Germany

•       Latin/South American region: Peru, Brazil, Panama and Argentina, Mexico, Columbia

Rights for additional specific countries and additional territories to be determined on a case-by-case basis to optimize

benefits to both parties.

1，  期限

从首次执行一直延续到只要在CTP拥有下述权利期间。

2，  开始日期/节目播出时间

节目首次播出时间为确认收款后90天内，节目连续播出时间为自首次播出后3年。节目播出3年后，在符合双方事先协议规定下，将自动延长2年

播出时间。

3，  地区限制

在北美地区拥有非独家权利。在下列欧洲和拉丁/南美地区同样享有非独家的播出权：

•欧洲：英国、法国、意大利、荷兰、西班牙和德国

•拉丁/南美地区：秘鲁、巴西、巴拿马、阿根廷、墨西哥和哥伦比亚

其它特定国家和地区的权利，按照单个项目方式，以双方利益最优的原则进行协商和约定。
